Linda Echt Consulting works with and collaborates with leaders to strengthen skills and their organizations. LEC is dedicated to helping those in positions of influence find and grow their voice, recognize growth opportunities and work through and learn from challenges. Linda began consulting after many years of working in the non-profit world, primarily in independent schools. As a long-time Founding Director of Kesher and then Head of Atrium School, Linda collaborated with others to innovate, create community and create growth in vision, capacity, and program. Linda’s expertise and experience provide a unique insight into the layered challenges organizations face and effective ways of recognizing and addressing them. In particular, LEC excels in working with leaders who are new and emerging in their positions, whether it be as a Head of School, Director of a small organization or Board leadership.
