The Housing Growth Partnership (“HGP”) is a social impact equity investor, backed by Lloyds Bank and Homes England. We're seeking to create partnerships with small to medium housebuilders and residential developers across the UK in order to increase the supply of new homes and support business growth. We partner with proven small housebuilders and developers who are developing, on average, 5-500 units per year and that have a passion and desire to grow their business. We invest equity on a site specific basis alongside housebuilders and developers with a proven track record of delivery.
