Stone Soup Films is a 501(c)(3) production company that creates and donates quality promotional films for worthy nonprofits in Washington, D.C. in order to enhance their visibility amongst donors, constituents, and the general public. At its inception in 2008, Stone Soup Films made one film with one edit suite, one camera, and twelve volunteers. Aimed at building the communication capacity of local nonprofits, Stone Soup Films has successfully increased its capacity to serve more than twenty nonprofit partners and currently maintains a volunteer list of over 400 hundred film and media professionals.
