The Elephant in the Room, is a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting company that focuses on organizational transformations and development. The Elephant in the Room hosts interactive workshops and consults with companies to strengthen work culture through a D.E.I. lens, with an emphasis on race in the workplace. We strive to provide a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion by addressing attitudes and behaviors towards specific groups through guided discussion. Addressing these deeper issues can only be done with a diverse team that exemplifies diversity, and is equipped with the tools they need to have uncomfortable conversations.
