AF currently controls over 450,000 square feet of commercial property and associated parking within the 14-acre Tax Increment Financing District (TIF), now formally called the “Accardo Arts and Design District.” AF and it’s associated entities designs and builds modern and distinctive urban living spaces and commercial properties.
