Sean has been teaching and coaching for over 25 years and is considered a thought leader in the breath performance space. With BreathFlō Sean has travelled the world coaching World Champions, Olympians, Professional Athletic Teams as well as corporate leaders and organizations. Sean is know for his vast coaching knowledge and a unique ability to make even the most complex scientific aspects of breath training accessible. Sean has created and contributed content, has been hosted on many podcasts and even has shared his capabilities with other organizations that focus on mindfulness and breathwork. Sean was named the first ever Global Master Instructor for Stig Severinsen's Breatheology platform and was also brought on board to become a V.P. of Businsess Development and Global Master Instructor for Airofit, the leading Company in Respiratory Muscle Training where he helped create the coaching protocols that are used in the Airofit Platform. Sean is also a passionate advocate and global speaker and is continuously invited to share his knowledge and message with people and organizations around the world. For the moment, BreathFlō has slowed down as an entity allowing Sean to focus on more business oriented pursuits of which he will share on his social media for all his followers.
