On 6th December 2021, Collaborative Project Management Services (CPMS) was acquired by French construction engineering and mobility services group, Egis, and changed its name to Egis Transport Solutions Limited (ETS), trading as Egis. CPMS/ETS was established in 2012 as a specialist business in project management of Overhead Line projects. In the years that followed, CPMS/ETS grew into a multi disciplinary business offering professional services in Enterprise Asset Management, Commercial, Programme and Project Management, Engineering and Construction, Design, Project Controls and Governance, Safety, Assurance, Sustainability and Environment.
