➨ ABOUT Founded in 2010, R.O.A.D. [Righteous Organised Always Determined] rapidly developed our business model to combine a commercial Entertainment company offering Management, Publishing and Label Services with a dynamic Third Sector Enterprise, to provide industry Creative Arts and Business training / seminars through the R.O.A.D. Academy and Training Centre located in North London. As a Limited company, Social Enterprise and Charity; R.O.A.D. Academy and Training Centre have managed European Social Fun bids and our training centre is registered with the Skills Funding Agency and the UK Register of Learning Providers. Presently we offer a range of courses and workshops within the Creative industries from One day to Twenty-six weeks providing formal, vocational and experiential qualifications in: • Business and Enterprise • Music Industry & Production • Videography / Photography and post production editing • Digital Arts / ICT • Performing Arts Our primary service users are 8–15 and 16–24 year old NEET's, Gang members and/or Ex-Offenders, Children In Care, the BAME community (specialising in BAME Women) and the most at-risk individuals from the most challenging environments. All R.O.A.D. services are provided in an interactive setting using industry-approved technologies, plus our unique designed module guides; which are tailor to skills-matched to the awarded qualifications outcomes and objectives of local businesses, which allow us to really meet the eligibility criteria for industry demands. Our services integrate the fundamentals of core curricular subjects of English, Maths, Science including Citizenship skills, to date we have ran courses in partnerships with Tottenham Hotspurs Football Foundation, UK Music, Haringey Council and BT Sport. R.O.A.D. Academy and Training Centre also offer ERASMUS+ mobilities exchanges; as well as host European Volunteer Service, volunteers in the United Kingdom for up-to a year.
