ICM Architectural Studio (pty) ltd was formed in 1999 by Mark Pestana. Associates Johan Booysen and Claude Heyes have joined the practice over the years and each bring their own strengths to a strong core team. The practice is currently located in Randburg, Gauteng but is working throughout South Africa as well as outside our borders. ICM strives to produce buildings which are not only aesthetically pleasing but functional and economical. With an abundance of experience in the field, ICM offers a functional design approach. ICM specialises in Industrial and Commercial buildings as well as Motor Dealerships. We have assisted various individual owners as well as property developers including Fortress REIT Limited, Atterbury Property, Attacq Property Development, Abland, Eris Property Group, Investec Properties and Ronloth Properties with their developments and pride ourselves on having added value through the design and project management processes and are is committed to erecting buildings of excellence.
