Fitness and Fun offers a little bit of everything for the whole family. The fitness center is open daily and offers cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus Strength training equipment, a free weight room and locker facilities that include showers and a sauna. We are also a fully equipped dance studio and tumbling center and offer multiple opportunities for your child to build their skills. The Dazzler Dance Company is a competition group for children ages 5 and up. They perform at local area high school basketball games and charity functions and compete in dance competitions in St Louis and surrounding areas.
