The Association for Talent Development, Chicagoland Chapter—known as ATDChi—is the oldest chapter of ATD. Founded in 1943, ATDChi is proud to be one of three largest ATD chapters in the nation, and is among the most influential. With membership of approximately 500 learning and development professionals in greater Chicago, ATDChi provides a forum for networking and the exchange of professional development opportunities and resources.
