Andia's is a woman-owned and family-operated premium ice cream manufacturer and retailer located in the heart of The Triangle region of North Carolina. We produce small batches of our national award-winning flavors and offer them to our many customers on site for corporate and private events as well as in our retail locations. We're a hard-working, fun group of people who sleep, eat, and breathe ice cream! We have traveled to numerous cities in the US to learn the fine art of gourmet frozen dessert making, including the Frozen Dessert Institute and The American Culinary Institute’s EH course in Advanced Gelato and Sorbetto Production. In addition, we are active members of the North American Ice Cream Association where we continually fine tune our knowledge of the industry and its trends through networking and attendance of the annual convention. We have invested considerable time sourcing the finest ingredients available from around the world---from Europe to Africa to South America---as well as fresh local ingredients when in season.
