We have deep knowledge in different areas: IT- Software Solution & services , Hospitality and recreational area, Logistic and FM-projects, Real-Estate business, Export- and Trading, We often engaged for Banks ( workout / asset-Management / special ops) or family offices and take care of certain assets, assume limited risks even taking over assets in SPVs to manage the exit. CONact is situated in Germany with an office in Italy and Switzerland. International experience in all Europe plus US, Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Namibia, Israel. Like the name CON (=concept, strategy) and act (=action, realization) we believe to be able to realize projects for our clients/ partners, too. For this reason, we work with two own entities: Orgaplan.info and Weltbuero.de With orgaplan we deal all property / Real estate related matters ( Property Management, Building, Agent,,,) and Weltbuero we manage logistic projects ( Transfer/ closing or shutdown of a company in a region; buld up infrastructure..).
