In fact, he participated in his first "Discovery Day" - that's when someone seriously interested in a company visits the franchise's corporate office to see how things work behind the scenes - more than 25 years ago. Todd's ability to match his clients with opportunities builds on a unique professional background. He began his career as an attorney who would go on to try hundreds of cases. But like many a budding entrepreneur, Todd was always interested in leveraging his success into other new and exciting ventures. He got his chance when he joined the world's top recruiting company, beginning more than two fruitful decades as an executive recruiter. He has now run his own successful company for more than ten years.
