Our OD programs are offered online, meeting 8 times for 3 hours, and facilitated live with an experienced OD Consultant, . Participants learn how to apply organization development theories and applications, and lead organizational systems change interventions. After completing the requirements of the certification, you will gain access to your certification, and receive a digital badge generated from our LMS. You receive six months free membership in our GIODN.org, a professional networking organization upon registration.
