In 1995, Rob Lieb, M.D. and Stewart Reiter, M.D. decided to integrate their solo psychiatric practices and to create a multidisciplinary mental health group, committed to treating psychiatric illness and attend to emotional difficulties of members in the community. They formed Integrated Behavioral Care, P.A. They contacted a number of mental health professionals in the community with similar visions and who were equally committed to the mission of IBC. The offices were originally located in Summit and Morristown, N.J. In 2003 the Morristown office was relocated to Bernardsville, N.J. Throughout the years, IBC has served these communities to provide the finest care to its patients. The clinicians include Board Certified Psychiatrists, doctoral level Psychologist, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Although Drs. Lieb and Reiter are affiliated with Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center, it has remained an outpatient practice, treating children and adults with a wide array of emotional, psychological and behavioral issues.
