Our Broker - Rachel Lawler - began in the real estate industry in 2008 as a project manager for a real estate development company. In 2014 Rachel partnered with Alliance Commercial Real Estate to develop the residential branch of the company alongside its Broker and investors. After 8 years of experience in residential real estate, property management, and project management, she decided to open Rachel & Co. Realty. She specializes in residential property sales & management, consulting, leasing, interior and exterior design, and construction renovations. Rachel has been a Louisiana Licensed REALTOR® since 2008, and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the MLS Division of NWLAR, and the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). Rachel graduated from LSU-Shreveport with a BA in Foreign Languages and International Studies in 2006, studied Interior Design through the New York Institute of Art & Design (formerly the Sheffield School of Interior Design), and has over 11 years of marketing and sales experience.
