The ADDIE development model includes five key phases—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This represents a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. By integrating the SAT model and ADDIE development model with rapid prototyping, ETS is able to provide visibility in the development of the final product throughout the design and development cycle and to assure the alignment of business objectives, development requirements, and expectations in modular phases to support interdisciplinary project development.
