David Bertone, PT, DPT, OCS founded the practice in 2008 with the mission of providing the most comprehensive physical therapy services in Monmouth County. This mission was accomplished by providing boutique style physical therapy utilizing the most advanced clinical techniques supported by the evidence. The mantra of "One Therapist, One Goal: A Transition to Better Health" is what gave the practice its identity. A second location was opened in 2013. db Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Manalapan was placed in the Western part of Monmouth County. Jerry Moczerniuk, PT, DPT was brought on as the Clinical Director to build the practice and continue the model established in Lincroft. Jerry Monaco, PT, OCS joined the Lincroft office in 2013 to provide additional, highly skilled orthopedic rehabilitation.
