Since 1979, Women's Development Corporation has been an innovative force in the design, development, construction and management of housing for low- and moderate-income families, the elderly, and persons with special needs. WDC provides consulting services to organizations throughout New England, guiding projects from site selection to completion of construction. Housing Opportunities Corporation (HOC) is a non-profit that manages WDC properties as well as properties owned by other organizations. From the initial planning stages of a project, throughout the property’s life, HOC provides hands-on management to ensure quality permanent housing for families, the elderly, and persons with special needs.
