Based in Widnes and covering the surrounding areas we are a traditional Martial arts centre teaching the art of Kuk Sool Won. a comprehensive Martial arts system encompassing all of the traditional fighting arts in a single place. Yoga and Pilates classes are available weekly in our gym room along with personal training, weight management and boxing classes. We can also host Yoga/Pilates and any other courses or seminars you ned in one of our 3 rooms. Rooms suitable for 10-35 people with full kitchen facilitates, Toilets & showers and private car parking. Our Gym room specializes in functional weight and strength training with a full selection of kettlebells, powerbags, grappling ropes and specialist one off pieces of equipment. A full range of cardio equipment is also available to compliment your workout along with Olympic lifting bars, weights and lifting platform, Smith machine, double pulley crossover, squat racks and a selection of body weigh based machines. Our Beauty Salon & Spa facility offers none surgical face-lifts, microdermabrasion facials and natural & artificial nail enhancements. we also have an excellent Sports and remedial injury therapist on hand at the gym or available to visit you at home.
