CENFOOD - "The Amazon for food retail" CENFOOD is a purchasing and distribution platform. With this own platform we created the necessary digital infrastructure to establish an efficient connection between retailers and suppliers in the food trade. With CENFOOD, we map three essential service areas. At the Product Information Management (PIM), we centralize and standardize all item master data for our customers. We provide suppliers with a modern real-time data and management dashboard for maximum transparency of all logistics processes. With our marketplace, we offer our customers a digital B2B purchasing world with EDI connection and many other advantages for the procurement of goods. With our innovative platform solution as well as the newly conceived processes behind it, we optimize the procurement of goods for drop-shipments, in particular through administrative and logistical bundling for classic food retailers, late-night stores, gas stations as well as delivery services. For our customers, this significantly reduces the administrative effort, minimum order quantities and pre-financing of goods. Ordering, delivery and billing are all handled centrally via our solution. We also contribute to climate protection by avoiding unnecessary CO2 emissions through more efficient palletizing and the reduction of truck deliveries. In our domestic market Germany retailers like Edeka, Rewe, Metro and Globus use CENFOOD platform and our bundled delivery to the procurement of goods of the most diverse product categories on a national level for items. Begining 2022 we will start our internationalization and strategic growing of our company with the goal of becoming the leading purchasing and distribution platform for food retail in Europe.
