Precision care started life in 2020 originally as “Precision care home nursing” when our founder Kirstie Ryan teamed up with colleagues to start an advanced nursing service after struggling to find the right home care solution for people she knew. That collaboration resulted in an entirely new concept in community care led by the people that matter, which we’ve been constantly refining and improving upon ever since.
