The College of Chicago was founded in 2003 in Illinois. It then continued to bring high quality English education to its diverse students from all over the world. Now the College of Chicago is offering day/evening classes on ESL and TOEFL, including listening, speaking, reading and writing training. The mission of the College of Chicago is to provide high quality English language, vocational, and professional education programs to non-native speakers of English. Not only does the College of Chicago have extremely small classroom sizes, but also great teachers and a diversity of students.
