Research at the Institute for Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry (ITMC) aims at the development of fundamental scientific knowledge and know how for applied chemistry in the following fields: * Sustainable catalytic syntheses * Modern materials and methods for medicine technology using biotechnological and chemical methods * Analytic tools based on nuclear magnetic resonance and imaging techniques for medical and material research applications The institute comprises two divisions: Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry. All scientific groups share common services (administration, analytics, technicum) and infrastructure.
