This includes neo-banks, as well as personal finance apps, seeking to differentiate their product by offering something that their customers really want - clarity from experts on what they should be doing with their money. Because we’re offering a valuable service, which earns a NPS of 55 with tech savvy users, we operate under a “pay what you can” business model.
