Our team deliver intensive housing management services to our tenants include - Personal support * Assistance with claiming welfare benefits including housing benefit * Assistance with other agencies involved in care and welfare * Advising on neighbour relationships and helping to resolve conflicts Housing support * Working with partner agencies to maintain our homes to an excellent standard * Working with partner agencies to maintaining the safety of our homes * Advice on adaptations and other assistive technologies * Arranging for contractors to carry out repair works * Providing assistance to our tenants with reporting repairs to their homes and managing their tenancies * Providing and maintaining household appliances * Grounds maintenance service Our person-centred approach enables us to: * provide personalised rental housing, housing support and maintenance services * promote and support independence and choice * value the rights of the people we support * develop long term partnerships * deliver value for money Working in partnership with care providers, local and national landlords and local authorities we are able to service all areas of the UK.
