100% Volunteer Organization Mission Statement: The mission of Footsteps For The Fallen is to honor all Texas First Responders. We are compassionately devoted to assisting the children of Texas First Responders with scholarships while honoring the memory of the fallen. Scholarships are open to the children of Texas First Responders, Volunteer, Paid, or Industrial, Fire, EMS First Responders or Law Enforcement. Please review our Requirements & Rules for full details on the scholarship program. An applicant for scholarship shall submit an application to the Board of Directors in the form approved by the Board, by March 1 of the year in which the applicant will be entering an accredited university, junior or senior college.
