Our beautiful outdoor garden space provides a wonderful, intimate backdrop for events and weddings in the midst of the bustling city. Light filled rooms with 8 foot windows and 14 foot ceilings are complemented by state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities, free wifi, and a green geothermal heating and cooling system. Commissioned by President Lincoln in 1864 and opening its doors in 1866, the historic Old Naval Hospital has been used to care for veterans of the Civil War and Spanish-American wars, a hospital corps training school, temporary home for old soldiers and sailors, and finally the home of several social service organizations.
