We specialise in providing a niche service primarily to private landlords who have tenants that are reliant on Housing Benefit/Local Housing Allowance. We bridge the gap between the Local Authority Housing Benefit Department, the Department of Work and Pensions and the tenant which results in the retrieval of any benefits that may otherwise be lost and reduced, if not help, clearing rent accounts which are currently in arrears. Primarily our aim is to encourage private landlords to continue to house tenants in receipt of Housing Benefit, We also provide independent legal advice and advocacy, including Court representation. Consultancy services and training for both tenants, landlords and third parties are available upon request.
