Advanxing Women is a nationwide women's career mentor program that provides career mentors and connections. Of the top 500 largest companies in the United States, only 25 percent of executive and senior management positions are held by women. Only six percent of CEO's are women. Our nationwide career mentor program is working to change this, as women who seek out mentors from a professional program are 50 percent more likely to be promoted than women who seek out mentors on their own.
