Biosisto produces and delivers Microbiological Certified Reference Materials (CRM) for food, dairy, and water laboratories. These CRMs can be used for daily internal quality control, verification and validation studies, training purposes, media performance testing and a control strain for confirmation and characterization. We also developed an online control chart system conform NEN 6603, in which the data from the reference materials can be plotted. These charts can be used for the daily process control and proficiency studies by comparing the data anonymously with other laboratories that use the same reference material. Biosisto produces reference materials conform ISO 17034 and are accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA).
