Women in Computer Science (WiCS) at Stony Brook University is an organization whose mission is to provide encouragement and support to women in the field of computing. We aim to bridge the gap between men and women in Computer Science and to improve women's involvement in the field. We hold professional and social events, working with tech companies, other organizations, and the Computer Science department.
