We are manufacturers and suppliers of Automobile components to OEM's. We specialize in Press, Fabricated, Sheet Metal and Tubular components. Currently we manufacture Mufflers for Two-Wheelers, Body and Windshield of Three-Wheelers and many other child parts like Hood Frame, Hood Pipe, Connecting Tubes, Cross Bar, Engine Middle Support, Starting Handle, etc.. We also specialize in surface treatment, we have an HR paint shop with capacity of 5500 Mufflers per day and completely automated Epoxy PTCED Line with capacity of 7.5 Sq. Mt. area per hanger. We also have powder coating unit adjoining the PTCED Line and currently we are coating Two and Three-Wheeler components in 8 different colors. We have complete robotic line for Three-Wheeler body and Windshield manufacturing. We specialize in providing complete solutions to our customers. We believe in delivering excellent quality products to our customers. Our group has received BAL Q - Bronze Award for quality and We are on road to receive BAL Q-Award Silver next year. We have adopted TPM and KAIZEN Culture in our organization. We are a growing company, which will reach a turnover of over 400 Cr. by 2015. We plan to set up facilities outside Maharashtra and sustain our growth by adding new customer and expanding business with old customers. We are also planning to enter new businesses which will compliment our current ones.
