Springfield Properties PLC is family-owned and run; our chairman is Sandy Adam, the founder’s grandson. We’ve been around since 1956 – and we moved into house building in the early 1990s. We’ve been growing steadily ever since, and today we build around 500 homes a year. That’s an important point: it’s steady growth, built on looking after our customers. In fact, we have a very particular approach – we ask our customers what they want, then we build it for them.
