Everyday of the week the Big Help Project are making a difference and helping people break the cycle of poverty. The Big Help Project is a registered Charity (1141024) first founded as Knowsley Foodbank in 2011. Initially it opened two days a week with one member of staff and a few volunteers. Due to Covid 19 these figures have increased significantly to just over 2,000 people per week through all areas of our food distribution. Food Clubs We also have recently developed a Food Club scheme to help families who are struggling weekly due to food poverty.
