SMART TD Auxiliary
www.smarttdauxiliary.orgThe SMART TD Auxiliary is a non-profit organization that unites the families of SMART-Transportation Division (formerly UTU). We promote the social, moral and intellectual welfare of SMART-TD and Auxiliary members. We work to increase the understanding of various railway, bus, airline and other transportation issues. We are politically active and work to further the understanding of legislative issues that effect SMART-TD and Auxiliary members. Ours members include spouses and family members of SMART-TD and existing Auxiliary members, SMART-TD employees, retirees of SMART-TD and staff of SMART-TD State Legislative Boards, General Committees and the Washington, DC Legislative Office. You can become a member by joining a local subordinate lodge or if there isn’t a local lodge you can start one. The membership application fee is $5. Local lodge dues are set by lodge vote which is recommended at $60-$80 annually. To open a new lodge it only takes 10 members, the charter application fee is $25. Please contact the International Office with any questions at 216-521-2522. Kathryn Seegmiller serves as International President and Mary Kay Gubics serves as International Secretary/Treasurer.
