Gusto Foods International, Inc. is the first U.S. commercial entity to produce a line of spicy and shelf-stable soup, curry, and stew entrees in an approved Food and Drug Administration (FDA) facility. All ingredients are first sealed in pouches and are cooked via thermal heat processing, which captures the aroma and flavor of the ingredients. Our products have an 18-month shelf-life that is effective the date of production. No refrigeration is required until after the sealed pouches containing the entrees are opened for consumption.
