Water Bear Capital is a private investment company focused on acquiring and improving real estate & small businesses. Our primary focus is on finding and making great deals. Once a deal is structured we facilitate the direct investment, sale, or acquisition of the target real estate or business. We have the ability to participate as a direct equity investor for each deal, raise private financing, or collaborate with a network of close relationships to execute acquisitions. It is our goal to force significant short term appreciation to our real estate holdings via entitlement, renovation, rehab, or development. On the business acquisition front we aim to improve value via recapitalizing, gaining efficiencies, and improving profitability. We are building a diversified portfolio of small businesses to run and grow over the long term.
