Chalkdene Developments is a public-private, joint venture partnership established in 2018 between Herts Living Ltd and the Morgan Sindall Group. Chalkdene has been set up to build homes on surplus and underutilised land and properties across the County of Hertfordshire. Chalkdene is jointly owned (50/50) by Herts Living Ltd and the Morgan Sindall Group, and is initially developing over 500 residential properties on sites across the County. The 50:50 partnership will provide new homes and jobs across the county through a series of housing led developments on the Council's surplus land.
