Erin and James Real Estate works with buyers, sellers and investors. We focus on education (airbnb investing, mortgage reduction through house hacking, first-time homebuyers and sellers), and work with buyers, sellers and investors. We believe giving back is important, we donate 2.8% of every commission to a charity of our clients' choosing. Because we think economic equity is important, we also run Denver Women Invest, which is a local, monthly club dedicated to introducing females that are investing, thinking about investing and/or jus wanting to meet like minded people.
