CrossFit OYL is a functional fitness gym located in Haslet, TX, dedicated to helping you work out consistently so you can get fit and live your best life. By helping you take ownership over the smaller things in life, it sets you up to take ownership over the big things. We start everyone small. We use light weights & low skill movements first in order to build the HABIT of working out first. By gaining small wins like this, we are much more easily able to build up to bigger wins!
