Rainer Subic, the founder of the company was born in 1971 in Stuttgart, Germany. He speaks German as his mother tongue and is also fluent in English, Spanish and Croatian. After his technical apprenticeship training, he studied at the University for Design Schwäbisch Gmünd and at the Politecnico de Milano. He worked for multiple years in product, furniture and interior design all across Europe, including Hamburg, Barcelona and Amsterdam. Since 2007 he has been focusing on superyacht projects. He is at home in all stages of the realisation of new builds and refits, where he worked as external consultant for the shipyards, in design teams and as owner ́s representative on-site. In his last 14 years in the industry he has learned that no two projects are alike, which keeps the motivation high and learning curve steep. With his unique combination of technical knowledge, design expertise and human interaction skills, he has proven to be an invaluable addition to many superyacht teams.
