Leucos was founded in 1962 with the concept of merging the exciting 1960's design with one of the most refined techniques of hand-work : the art of Murano glass. During its long history , Leucos has explored new techniques of glass manfacturing and continues to employ both old and new production methods. Design remains the focal point and key element of Leucos' philosophy and is confirmed by its collaboration with an internationally known team of award-winning designers. US operations began in 1992 and have expanded the North American market and presence for the Veneto based , Italian manufacturer. 2008 brought the ITRE and former FDV brands under the Leucos umbrella. A 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Edison , NJ allows for quickly shipped , UL Listed product to our US clients.
