www.huwgriffithsarchitects.co.ukFounded by Huw Griffiths in 1988, HGA has undertaken an extensive range of award-winning projects across the UK. We design in response to the historical, social and environmental context of site and circumstance, delivering practical, sustainable architecture. We have worked extensively with listed buildings, often within Conservation Areas and strict site constraints across South Wales, as well as a range of bespoke domestic, commercial and public projects. We have long-standing relationships with various charitable institutions, having undertaken a number of grant-funded commissions for national organisations including the YMCA, RSPCA and more recently, the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs of Wales. Recent and ongoing projects include bespoke contemporary dwellings on the Gower Peninsula, a lottery-funded Community + Enterprise Centre for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wales, and Swansea University Life Sciences Building. Principal Architect Huw Griffiths is currently Treasurer of the West Wales Branch of the Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW), the RIBA’s voice in Wales, and has completed an MA in Historic Building Conservation. We offer a range of services and are committed to the very highest standards. The scope of services required will vary from the initial design work through to full supervision providing high quality support throughout all stages of your project.
