It takes a village, that's our slogan, an African proverb which means to train a child the whole village must be involved. We want to create a new mindset and raise a generation of geniuses. The One Block Project (OBP) is a nonprofit organization after school weekend initiative to educate minority high school teens and college students about the creative arts and technology industries with a projection of infusing more diversity into these industries. The One Block Village is a community of young creative minds with an aim of partnering with existing groups, brands and networks to change the narrative and lack of representation within their workforce. AIM -Develop more creative minority talent.  -Infuse minorities into existing agencies and tech firms. -Build entrepreneurial skills and help source funding for minority start-ups.
