Our mission, simply stated, is to build affordable housing communities that foster well-being for all Delawareans in need. Our mission is fulfilled through our immediate and long term goals: Interim Housing: Rapidly deploy individual temporary dwellings, providing unhoused Delawareans with immediate, dignified, warm, dry shelter. Permanent Housing: Build affordable co-op tiny-home communities throughout Delaware to achieve an “all-housed” vision. Health Equity: Promote Social Determinants of Health (SDH) by providing food security, building athletic centers, removing transportation barriers, and connecting residents to regional support services and education/employment opportunities.
