Puerto Rico Alliance for Companion Animals, Inc. (PR-ACA) is an all volunteer based organization dedicated to teaching humane education on the island of Puerto Rico. We strive to inspire and provide tools to Puerto Rican communities to create and promote safe, respectful, and compassionate environments, where individuals, groups and communities help, support and value all forms of life.
