Our sole obligation is to our clients. Next, we established a structure which allows for the majority of our services to be completely free to our clients. In effect, our clients add a “special ops” technology resource team without adding one to their payroll. This structure positions our consultants to align with clients to negotiate with providers, determine the most effective provider strategy, and to hold providers accountable in all phases (cost, service, network structure). Lastly, we believe that people do not serve technology. In fact, we believe just the opposite. We firmly believe that technology is there to serve people…. Your people.
