Our company was established in 1982. In 1994 Realty Executives was selected as the franchise of choice. After 19 years of affiliation, we have elected to go back to where we began; a specialized independent Real Estate firm. On May 1, 2013 changed our name to Palm Coast Flagler Beach Realty Inc. By making this change we are able to better identify with the market we serve and generate improved results for our clients and customers. The active shareholders in the company are: Scott Nieminen, President; Carlos Pinto, Vice President and location manager. We believe our new name makes a strong local connection and speaks clearly to who we are and what we do. Our logo is crisp and current, focusing on the agent name, and our longevity is captured with the “original” design.
